Return Policy

Each piece is hand crafted and atmospheric fired creating uniqueness and individuality. Change of mind returns are not accepted.

In the case of shipping damage, please save all items, take a picture of the item and the box and contact me ASAP.  I have insured each piece and will need this evidence for shipping damage claims.  Your money will be returned in full and I will help you select a similar piece to purchase or arrange to create a new one.
