Forest gold! Tiny orange slime mold and a variety of lichen surround this delicious looking mushroom.

Lined in a speckled matte blue glaze.

These ceramics are handmade with a porcelain/stoneware clay mix and reduction soda fired to cone 10/2300 degrees. Only a small amount of soda ash is added for a satin finish and to keep the process more eco friendly. Surface cracks are created by using a special drying technique during the wet stage of making. Minimal glaze is used as the artist prefers clay oxides/stains for colorant. Each piece is one of a kind.
